The Jacobs KMS was designed to collect, and make accessible, marketing and sales materials (such as past proposals, white papers, sales materials, etc.) and manage the sales team's roughly $2.5B opportunity pipeline. In addition several components were integrated to guarantee compliance with government regulations. In addition to sales/marketing applications, the KMS also supported HR's Leadership Resource Provisioning (LRP) application, Asset Managment's AM Classroom LMS, and the finance group's DCAA SB tracking/management tools.
